We have a 2 party preferred system in place, this is where the problem is for us is to change this corrupt system, you cant fix the problems these 2 parties have made by electing the same parties because they will only continue with their agendas.
I have created this page to rally the people of Australia and take them through the steps to change this system and give the power back to the people.
We need change and we need it now.
This page will show you that Australia does not have a legal government and how it was taken.
I have been doing alot of research and reading over the past months to make Application to The High Court of Australia re; Constitutional issues. This work has been examining case histories i.e Sue v Hill (1999), Kirmani v Captain Cook Cruises (1985), Campbells Cash & Carry PTY LTD v Fostif PTY LTD (2006), Joosse v ASIC (1998) and going through Statute Law Revision Act 1973, Acts Interpretation Act and referencing Donald Kerr The Law of the Australian Constitution 1925 plus much more.
As many people who have made application to the High Court the Registra uses rules like Rule 5.01.1 or Rule 13.1 to block these applications. I have researched this GateKeeper action vigorously and found his actions to be a contempt of court in Kerrs Laws of the constitution so I'm prepared to handle this situation.
Now that I'm putting my full time to this action I will be giving updates on a regular basis.
The more people who share this page the stronger the support. Its taken some time to get to this point I'm at and the time is fast coming to lodge the Application. Today I put together, Petition Mission Statement: The grievance, The Solution and Request for Action. This is a request for Constitutional Accountability. These things take time to draft, building a case to present to the High Court so they can not use their gatekeeper rules such as Rule 5.01.1 or 13.1 to block this challenge is an extremely hard task, it takes months of research and study. I know in the current political climate people want immediate action, it doesn't work that way, that is why so many cases are lost or rejected. Please be patient it is coming together, I don't have a team working on this with me, its just me! I will put up a download for people to read this Petition Mission Statement and hold onto un-till I sort out A Private Bag mail address for you to return it signed. For me to present this Petition to the High Court and the House of Representatives to action. I must have the original signed form in ink but please keep a copy for yourself and I will also keep a copy on file. We are going to need millions of signed forms for this to work and finally give the power back to the people.
